Chinh &

established
on 13 May 2002 by Pham Liem Chinh,
Doctor of Law, Attorney
at Law at Hanoi Bar Association. It was among the first
Law
Offices receiving Registration Licences in Hanoi under the
New Ordinance on Attorneys at Law's Activities effective
from the 1st October 2001.
Since its opening, the Law
Office seeks to provide domestic and international
enterprises in Vietnam with cost effective and high quality
legal services. The Law Office has grown steadily to keep up
with the increasing needs of Vietnamese and foreign clients.
Our clients are mainly companies and individuals who are
active in international commercial transactions and foreign
investment in Vietnam.
We have a strong reputation in
providing the highest level of legal services in commercial
and foreign investment laws as well as commercial
arbitration and litigation and petroleum law.
All partners and associates are
fluent in Vietnamese, English and French.
