1. Attorney at Law Pham Liem Chinh graduated with L.L.B. from Hanoi Law College in 1989. He then received a Master in English and North American Business Law from University of Paris I Panthe’on-Sorbonne in 1993, a Doctorate Degree in 1999 with a Thesis titled "International Commercial Arbitration in Vietnam" at University Paris II Pantheon-Assas.
Pham Liem Chinh is a Former Legal Counsel to the Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation (PETROVIETNAM).
Pham Liem Chinh provides legal services to domestic and international companies, teaches and lectures on Business Law and Commercial Law as part of the graduate programs in International Trade Law in Vietnam.
Pham Liem Chinh is a member of Hanoi Bar Association and Vietnam Intellectual Property Association.
